Monique Gagne has been a successful agent with The Mortgage Alliance Company of Canada for since 2005 and is also, the chairperson and CEO of Solution Finance Corporation, a company that guides its clients in any financial decision.

Monique realizes that having a father who consciously taught his children the basics and practical techniques of financial heath was a rare and fortunate experience. Her experience and knowledge from her upbringing have transpired into a love for finance and helping others by becoming a mortgage professional and financial coach.

After successfully helping hundreds from debt through her course, as well as providing to thousands a comfortable and competitive mortgage options, earning 10 years of awards for her service, and ranked in the 10% brokers in Canada, she continues to share her wealth of knowledge through her business, her book, Who Took My Money? as well as her course, The Power of Financial Happiness.

Somebody once asked me: what makes you happy?

Definitely coffee, or wine, I responded with a smirk.

Reflecting on my day that evening, I realized my happiness is deeper than that. Yes, coffee and wine help but what fulfills me is seeing joy in others. After all, I am a people person.

Following nearly twenty years of success in client service in the real property field, it was time for me to move my career forward and follow my mother and brother’s footsteps in the mortgage industry.

Building long lasting relationships with clients is one of the most rewarding experiences. Helping a young couple buying their first “home” or relieving someone’s stress by arranging a refinance, is the most gratifying moments for a mortgage agent.
